Agricultural market entry- Supporting a Turkish producer in connecting with partners in the Benelux region

CuB Consultants recently supported a Turkey-based agricultural input manufacturer in identifying and evaluating new market opportunities in the Netherlands and Belgium. Its portfolio includes organomineral fertilizers, liquid foliar nutrients, plant growth regulators, and soil conditioners. All products are developed in line with EU agricultural regulations and are designed to cater to both small-scale farmers and large commercial agricultural enterprises. Their adaptable formulations support a wide range of climates and soil types.

The project began with comprehensive research to identify relevant stakeholders across the agricultural and organic input sectors. These included cooperatives, importers, distributors, and potential investors. The goal was to create a value and vision alignment between the Turkish company and prospective European partners.

CuB Consultants organized an intensive market visit to the Netherlands, featuring scheduled B2B meetings, trade fair visits, and direct interactions with industry institutions.
